Nikkah

Central Oxford Mosque offers both onsite and offsite Nikah services, performed by the resident Imam. Whether held in the mosque or at a separate venue, the ceremony is conducted in accordance with Islamic principles, with the provision of an official marriage certificate. The mosque takes pride in ensuring that this sacred union is marked with dignity and spiritual depth, guiding couples through the significance of marriage in Islam.

The Imam is also available for pre-marital consultations and advice, helping prospective couples build their relationships on a foundation of mutual understanding and Islamic values. A nominal fee applies for the Nikah service, and interested couples can contact the mosque via email to arrange a suitable date and time.
